What is something your customers have to deal with that you want to fix?

Many of our customers are looking for certainty, this may be in the form of cost, time and environmental or all of these combined.

Many schemes have traditionally run over budget or project time frames due to traditional techniques, I see a huge benefit from our client’s working with Geobear as we can eliminate all of these issues and give project certainties.

What do you do at Geobear?

My role is to facilitate the entire sales process and deliver a viable solution for each infrastructure project, my strengths are as a solution provider and a key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the design and commercial process as well as on site delivery.

Geo-polymer injection is suitable for most site conditions, however it is not a “fix all” solution and as such if it’s not the best solution for a project, this will be advised to the client.

Our professional integrity is the reason we gain repeat business.

What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?

Having worked within the piling industry for Aarsleff, Van Elle and Roger Bullivant for the past 20 plus years I have a strong client liaison background.

I’ve worked my way up through the industry educating myself along the way, starting as a Contracts Engineer progressing to Contract Manager, Area Manager, Divisional Director, Head of Preconstruction and now Head of Infrastructure for Geobear.

My experience has given me access to all areas of the business and a clear understanding of how to work with a client in order to give “best practice” and the best service.

What do you like about working at Geobear?

I like the “can do” attitude. We love a quirky scheme that a client has difficulty with.

Finding and delivering a solution to that type of scheme gives immense satisfaction.

What are the values that drive you?

Integrity, honesty and positivity.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Family, my wife, son and dog are my life focus. If they’re happy, I’m happy.

I also enjoy football, golf, walking and family holidays.
