Geobear appoint Nigel Taylor as MD for Residential business

Geobear has appointed Nigel Taylor to lead its Residential division in the UK. 

The move follows a restructure of Geobear UK’s operations whereby a dedicated business has been created to focus on their residential property solutions. Geobear’s operations in the commercial property and infrastructure sectors will be led by current MD Richard Holmes. 

Otso Lahtinen, CEO says “Creating a dedicated residential business will allow focus on the full consumer customer journey and enable us to improve our services delivering additional value to our customer base in the residential sector. Meanwhile, there will be adequate technical and operational resources available to win and deliver large scale, complex engineering schemes to extend asset life across the commercial property and transportation sectors.”

Nigel Taylor brings two decades of senior management experience, where he has held leadership roles within the maintenance sector delivering national services to both B2B and B2C customers. His focus will be on how to improve the business, whether that be growth, service delivery, safety or people development.
